Troy Barnett & Raw Energy is a hot band and a well kept secret. We've played at Starbucks, The Gap, Midtown Lounge, Heads-N-Tails in Kemah, Austin KAZI the voice fm festival as the featured band and many other places. Troy has opened for Mel Waiters at Maxwell's the Club and for Rue Davis in Houston and Texas City's Bourbon Street Grill. Singles from"I'm Not Him" has been aired on WTCC 90.7 in Springfield Massachusetts, Jerry Butler show, Troy has interviewed at Shreveport Louisiana stations for promotion of his original soundtrack for the theatrical production of "For Your Soul's Sake" A Soul Opera in 2004-2005. College radio station KTSU with Donna Franklin and KCOH with Stevie T. Their jazz tune "Her" ranked #1 at the University of Detroit Key of Gee Jazz Break (in attachment for your listening pleasure).
